He plays football for The Ohio State University. He was a 2019 Heisman Trophy candidate. J.K. Dobbins is a role model in the African-American community.
A news report gave this information about Dobbins, “In a moment that had pro-life viewers reacting in amazement, FOX Sports announcer Gus Johnson let slip some pro-life personal history about Ohio State running back J.K. Dobbins during the 2019 Ohio State vs. Michigan game, with millions of viewers tuning in.
“J.K. Dobbins’ mom Mya became pregnant when she was 18 years old,” Johnson said. “She went to the doctor because she was thinking about aborting the baby, but changed her mind.”
“That baby turned out to be that young man, J.K. Dobbins,” Johnson continued, with the cameras showing Dobbins, “whom his mom calls her miracle baby.”
Celebrity Nick Cannon, another well-known African-American, made a music video in 2005. The video shows how his mother wanted to abort him, but then chose life. In Cannon’s words, a child in the womb, speaking to his mother, “Just wait — just pause for a second. Let me plead my case.”
As Life News reports, the video depicts his mother as a teenager, lying in an abortion facility, as Nick’s spirit pleads for her not take his life, saying, “That’s life inside you, look at your tummy … What is becoming Ma, I am Oprah bound … You can tell he’s a star from the Ultrasound.”
Cannon’s words continue, “Mommy, Hopefully you’ll make the right decision and don’t go through with the Knife Decision. Hopping off the bus when the rain is pouring / Do you want morning sickness or the sickness of mourning?”
